Kasper is a traditional puppet in Germany. He appears in puppet plays and books and is similar to Mr. Punch.
Why not make two finger puppets and perform a German puppet play with them?
You will need:
You can colour in Mr. Punch and Kaspar, and decide what your puppets look like!
Before you start, make sure you get an adult to help you!
First of all, print out the template and colour in the body parts of your finger puppets.
Now fold the finger puppet's body along the long straight line, so there are two sides: a back-side and a front-side.
There is also a long white strip on the side of the finger puppet. Fold it back and put some glue on it.
With the glue on the white line you can now glue the front and the back together. Watch out, as you still have to be able to fit your finger inside the puppet!
Now glue the head and arms to the finger puppet's body and wait until the glue has dried.
