The Rules

  1. The prize-winning entry will be selected by the UK-German Connection team.
  2. Only one entry will be accepted per person.
  3. The competition is open to kids aged 5-12.
  4. The competition is open exclusively to residents of the United Kingdom, whose first language is not German.
  5. You must obtain permission from your parent / guardian before entering.
  6. Only the winners will be contacted personally.
  7. Prizes unclaimed after 28 days will be deemed to have been forfeited and we reserve the right to offer the prize in any future competition on the site.
  8. Entrants must provide their name and email address, their age and the name and address of their school when entering the competition.
  9. UK-German Connection does not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries due to the internet or services provided by any third parties. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
  10. This competition is not open to employees or contractors of UK-German Connection or any person directly or indirectly involved in the organisation or running of the competition, or their direct family members.
  11. Our decision is final in every situation including any not covered above and no correspondence will be entered into.
  12. UK-German Connection reserves the right to cancel the competition at any stage, if deemed necessary in their opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of their control.
  13. If you enter, you accept these rules and agree to be bound by them.

UK-German Connection will not pass on information that you give us to any other organisation without your permission except for the purposes of running the competition. We will use the personal information you provide to contact you if you are a winner. We will not use your personal information for any other purpose.
