Alex visits Williamston Primary School

Posted by Jennifer McMillen, 04/04/2011

P2 at Williamston Primary were very surprised and excited when Alex arrived after lunch time one day. Alex was excited as well because he doesn't get to visit Scotland very much. He has been brushing up on his English and has been very busy helping us out with our work. We took him on a tour around the school and took photos of him meeting lots of people around our school. Alex had a lucky escape when Katie rescued him from falling into a bin! Alex is feeling very tired as he has visited lots of different homes around Livingston. He has recorded all that he got up to in his diary. We are all very sad that Alex has to leave Williamston Primary and we will miss him very much.

Auf Weidersein

P.S. We hope you have a lovely time at the other schools you are going to visit.

Bens Gedicht

Posted by Ute Peter, 29/06/2010

What's Karneval?

Posted by Ute Peter, 28/06/2010

Ben in Aachen

Posted by Ute Peter, 28/06/2010

Alex at Cobourg

Posted by Katharina Schulz-Pruss, 19/06/2010

Alex has been at Cobourg for two weeks now and has enjoed seeing lots of the capital city on school trips to The Museum of London and Dulwich Picture Gallery. He was very excited to be invited to stay with some our year 4s and I'm told he even had a go on the Wii! This week he has been showing year 4s some of his favourite German food- we liked salami the most!

Alex visits Reigate

Posted by 1027, 12/05/2010

Alex has enjoyed 2 weeks at Reigate Priory school. He was lucky enough to have some German friends too as children from Eschweiler were visiting during his visit. He got involved in lots of different art activities with children from both UK and Germany. He also had the chance to work with Ben, the English Bear!
