The beanstalkJack's mother is not happy.
"Jack, you are so stupid. That bad farmer tricked you!" she says.
And she tells him to go to bed early.
Jack goes to bed. But his mother is angry and she throws the magic beans out of the window, into the garden.
When Jack wakes up the next morning, it is dark outside. He gets out of bed. He runs to the window. The sun is shining. But he sees a big beanstalk. It is very tall, taller than the tallest tree!
"I wonder what's at the top", he thinks.
So Jack climbs up the beanstalk. It is a long climb to the top. When he looks down, his mother's house looks very small.
At last he gets to the top and he sees a beautiful country.
The grass is green and the sun is shining. In the distance he sees a big castle.
